She has led Extra-Net since it was founded: organisation, people, contracts and business development, with the legal responsibilities of employer and of health and safety officer. She is the point of contact for clients, schools and universities, and the company's voice when it comes to deciding which work to take on, and on what terms.

In the IT industry since 2017, starting as a developer: she knows technical work from the inside, and it shows in the way she runs projects and people.

Hiring and onboarding, career paths, administration and contracts are hers. She opened and maintains the relationships with technical secondary schools for their work-based learning placements, and with the University of Turin for higher apprenticeship programmes.

She teaches information and digital technologies at the ITS Agroalimentare per il Piemonte and has taught computer science at ITTS Carlo Grassi. With that same school she designed the software development programme that received a special mention at the AHK Italien Dual Excellence Award.

Outside IT, she led the instructional design of a chamber of commerce programme on food supply chains and sustainable consumption, aimed at schools.

Programming since 2005, professionally since 2011. At Extra-Net he is responsible for technology: architecture, infrastructure, security, and research and development on artificial intelligence.

He works on large-scale platforms, where the craft lies in holding together systems that grow and teams that change. He designs the architecture, builds alongside the others, and answers for what goes into production.

When he finds a flaw in the tools he uses, he fixes it upstream: he has contributed for years to the open source projects the company builds on, and releases some of his own. It is the thread that ties the early years to today.

He teaches cloud, machine learning and deep learning at the ITS ICT Piemonte and the ITS Agroalimentare per il Piemonte, and has taught computer science at secondary level. He is the company tutor for programmes with the University of Turin and with technical schools in Turin.
