Who handles your data
The data controller is Extra-Net S.r.l., Via Cavour 40/A, 10091 Alpignano (Turin), Italy, VAT number IT12609600015. For any question about this page or about your data, write to info@extranetsrl.it.
When you visit the site
This site uses no cookies and no analytics or profiling tools: there is no Google Analytics, there are no advertising pixels, and we do not track your browsing. That is why you see no consent banner.
Typefaces are served from our own servers: no request is sent to third-party services while you read these pages.
The site is published on Microsoft Azure (Static Web Apps), in data centres within the European Union. Like any web server, the infrastructure keeps technical access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested) for security and operational purposes. Microsoft processes these logs as a data processor, and they are not used to identify visitors.
When you write through the contact form
If you fill in the form we collect what you enter: name, email address, phone number and the text of your message. The message is a free-text field: you decide what to put there, and we ask you not to include data beyond what we need to understand your request.
- Why: to read your request and reply. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
- How: the message is sent by email to our mailbox. The site keeps no copy in a database.
- Where: our company email runs on Google Workspace. Google acts as a data processor, with the safeguards required for transfers outside the EU.
- For how long: we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a working or business relationship follows, for the period required by law. Enquiries with no follow-up are deleted within twenty-four months.
To limit automated unsolicited messages, the form checks that a human is filling it in: it inspects a hidden field, the time elapsed and the number of recent submissions from the same IP address. The IP address is used for that check only, held in temporary memory, and is not stored.
When you apply for a role
From the pages of open roles and from the open application you can attach your CV and give us your LinkedIn profile, alongside the form fields. The CV is required to complete an application; for a general question you can use the contact form.
- Why: to assess your application, now or for roles that open later. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
- How: the CV is attached to the email we receive and stays in our mailbox. The site does not store it anywhere.
- For how long: we keep applications for twenty-four months, because roles here open when a new project arrives and we often reopen a CV received months earlier. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner, at any time.
Please do not include special category data in your CV — health, trade union membership, religious or political beliefs, ethnic origin — because we do not need it to assess an application and we do not want to process it. If you send it anyway, we process it only as part of the document you sent, and we delete it along with the rest.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or pass on your data. Within the limits of their service, it may be accessed by the providers that keep our site and email running: Microsoft (hosting), Google (email), Netsons (domain). We may disclose it to the judicial authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
At any time you may ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format, or object to the processing. Write to info@extranetsrl.it: we reply within thirty days.
If you believe the processing breaches the Regulation, you may contact the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle data we will update this page, showing the revision date at the top.
